YaYa, the bottlenose dolphin was first seen traveling in Maui Nui in a group with 14 other animals in 2013. Since the first sighting of #110, this animal was seen 17 additional times, including in interspecies interactions with false killer whales in 2019 and humpback whales in 2021.During the most recent sightings, the research team was able to successfully launch the drone to collect important body condition information of this dolphin.
