Roger is a North Pacific humpback whale named by Sue and Tom Gideon in memory of Roger Hunt and was last seen in 2018.
Research conducted opportunistically aboard PacWhale Eco-Adventures, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Whale Foundation. Whales were not approached closer than 100 yards, per Hawaii regulations.
